I adopted 2 cats from this location. They give you all their medical records and provide affordable resources for any other work they still needed complete. They also send you a lot of resources post-adoption. I definitely recommend PAWS for new pet owners for this reason. On top of this, they have scheduled time slots once you are approved, allowing you to get all your questions or concerns answered in a 1 on 1 session. The staff member helping me specifically was very friendly & kind. Reasonably priced donation for adoption too. These kitties have been the best thing ever, 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I adopted our baby, Iris, from PAWS recently. The staff was super helpful with follow up questions re: some ways to get her to eat. Wonderful organization 🐈

Thank you PAWS Adoption Center - old city for introducing us to our new little angel Piper! The adoption process here is thorough, and the volunteers have the animals best interest in mind. For Piper it was highly encouraged she joined a household with other pets. We have another cat , Hugo, whom which she is getting along with swimmingly!

Horrible experience. It seems as though the person I was working with was just making up rules in order to not let me adopt so they could reserve the cats for two other people who were not yet approved. I was approved before I came in. I called before going over. When I came in I found a bonded duo that was perfect for my family, when I told them I wanted to adopt they suggested that I bring in my kids. I understand the suggestion. Due to my work schedule and my kids schedule bringing in all my children at once would be near impossible in the timeframe to secure the duo. At the same time I was trying to adopt another couple was trying to adopt the same duo. They were not approved for adoption yet. The suggested rule turned into a mandatory rule and he denied my adoption. No where on the site is it mandatory for every member of the house to meet the cats. They didn’t even tell me this when I was approved to adopt. When asked if I could reserve the cats until I could get my child new in to meet them they said no. The number of children was on the adoption sheet so it should have been disclosed with the approval. It’s sad to see how a potential adoption was denied due to a seemingly made up rule just so they could reserve a cat for two people who were not approved yet.

On my way to the clinic my car signal handle just snapped!! Oh my lord " especially that day with my cat on board luckily it was not raining because that handle control the wipers also , anyway I did the best I could making the turn signal with my hands and I made because that appointment was very important for my lovely cat 🐈 😻 🐈‍⬛️ the place is wonderful the staff is great and the Vet and assistance were great 👍 thanks alot Paws 🐾 you made me forget about my bad car problems for a while it will be fix soon....
