Our fur baby Lexi loved Tanya immediately. She loves their long walks and we love the wonderful updates! Tanya sends the best photos and is very communicative and super reliable. Top Tails came highly recommended from friends and has been great!!

We are super grateful for the amazing care Tanya provided for our cats, who adore her. Tanya followed all instructions regarding feeding, medication, and playtime, ensuring our cats felt comfortable and loved in our absence. We love Top Tails. Tanya has been taking excellent care of our dog for years when we go on vacations, etc and we always know she is good hands with Top Tails. We love the timely and detailed updates she provides through the website and that are sent to our email. She truly cares about the animals she watches and is so communicative. As a sometimes anxious cat parent, I have felt to much more comfortable when I'm away knowing Tanya will be caring for my cat. She is great about sending along photos and updates and letting us know our cat is doing well, whether we're away for a weekend or a longer trip. It's also never been a problem to book cat sitting even on fairly short notice and the app makes it very easy to communicate. I'd definitely recommend Top Tails to anyone in the area looking for a pet sitter!

Tanya at Top Tails took care of my two cats while I was away for 10 days and I can’t get over what a great experience it was. Unlike when I had friends help me out, Tanya sent me texts and pictures in the app twice a day. I have a scaredy cat that won’t come out from under the bed for anyone but me but somehow Tanya charmed him and he was engaging with her and looking happy. I’m pretty sure my tiger cat Bean wishes she would come back since she played with him every day. My vacation was so much better because of Tanya.

Tanya is an excellent pet sitter. She communicates after every visit and sends pictures so I don’t miss my boy too much. If you want peace of mind knowing your pets and home are cared for when you’re away, Top Tails is the way to go.
