Maja Park is a newly established green space on Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Opened in June 2021, the park spans 3.5 acres at North 22nd Street and features the restored sculpture ‘Maja’ by Gerhard Marcks as its centerpiece. The park’s design includes new walkways, seating areas, and a performance plaza, enhancing the Parkway’s cultural landscape and providing a welcoming space for passive recreation.

This area looks a lot better than it did years ago. However this is not really a park. Just the statue surrounded by circular paved area and semi circular low granet walls that you sit on. I can understand that they don't want benches here as vagrants are an issue. The statue is a matter of taste.
