I rarely complain about stores but in this case it’s justified based on the way things were handled. Loaded up all three of my dogs into the car and drove to petco to use the self wash to be told they close by 4pm or 3pm on Sundays. The website for the self wash states the self wash is open until 9pm. Called corporate to check the hours and corporate stated that in their system, this stores self wash is scheduled to be open until closing at 9pm. Staff will argue and say the website doesn’t say that but here it is- receipts. I’m generally understanding but it is frustrating to waste an hour getting dogs loaded and ready for baths, to spend time and gas driving to the store and back, and to not only not get an apology for the inconvenience which is fine, but to get told no youre wrong followed by complaints from the manager about how hard her job is and how long it takes with an attitude. I was polite when I approached the staff and explained the situation. My only ask was that they update the website so people don’t waste time showing up when store hours are different from online hours.

Not only did the woman charge me for a more expensive package, she banned my dog, and lost his collar with his name tag. I’ve had him here on other occasions and have taken him to other groomers with no issue, so clearly it’s a groomer issue and not an issue with my dog. They ask you if the dog has anxiety before the groom starts, but then continues to belittle my dog for being anxious when I clearly stated he was anxious before the groom started. It’s frustrating because other groomers here are great but I don’t recommend Krissi her attitude was horrible. She acts like she hates her job, maybe she should choose a different profession

I have a problem with the rest room . I visit a few of your stores up and down the 95 . Your store is the only one that will not let the customer use your restroom. It sucks . I am an older person. Just this past Monday , One of your customers had an accident on himself because you guys were not letting the public use the bathroom. . I understand the homeless problem, but all you have to do is have the key at the register and us paying customers just have to ask for key to use the restroom. All of your other locations, let us use the restroom. Your Aramingo Avenue store should be ashamed of themselves.

We got the cutest little fancy hamster! My son loves him! The guy that helped us Phil, was very nice! Thank u Update: we have since the last review added to Gus' tank! He loves it...all gadgets purchased from this petco! He loves his new pop-able corn on the cob!

I was overcharged for essential shampoo product without my knowledge for extra $24. My estimate for dog grooming was $87 (bath and haircut) and ended up $126 with taxes. Not a honest business practice will not come back.
