My first time ever using a self wash station for my dog. The employee was fantastic in guiding me on how to use the facility. They supplied everything (shampoo, conditioner, brush, towels, and even an apron to keep your clothes dry.) Would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a place to bathe your dog. Clean, professional, reasonably priced.

Every time I come here I have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter or exit. Employee stand in front of the door while smoking clearly in violation of city ordinance.

Had a great experience getting fish here with my son a couple weeks ago. The employee who helped us, Ryan, was very kind & informative - he answered our questions about our bottom feeders & snails and taught us some things about feeding them that that we've never been told before. Very cool. This is our favorite store for fish in this area!

Best Petco ever! I come here often. Always able to get help if I need it. Store is very clean, well stocked and organized. The employees work hard and well together. They always greet with a smile and pure professionalism. Couldn’t ask for more!

I've had negative feelings towards petro in general after they sold us a pet mouse who only lived about 6 months because he was an older mouse when we bought him but 2 representatives told me they just got him in and the supplier doesn't sell small pets that are mature. Seeing my husband's heart broken when he got so attached to a pet for the 1st time in 40 hrs was terrible. This particular petco is very dirty and most of the employees are rather rude. Asking if they had crickets in stock or to use a bathroom I felt like I was bothering the woman and should've known the answers on my own. Cashiers are usually nice but there are a few rude employees in the mix. I only go there if I can't find crickets for my frog anywhere else.
