I have a problem with the rest room . I visit a few of your stores up and down the 95 . Your store is the only one that will not let the customer use your restroom. It sucks . I am an older person. Just this past Monday , One of your customers had an accident on himself because you guys were not letting the public use the bathroom. . I understand the homeless problem, but all you have to do is have the key at the register and us paying customers just have to ask for key to use the restroom. All of your other locations, let us use the restroom. Your Aramingo Avenue store should be ashamed of themselves.

The Groomers at this PETCO are the sweetest! You can really tell how much they love animals. We take our dog here all the time. The store is neat and clean. They also have dog/pet wash stations for you to clean your pets yourself for a fee. Overall, this is a nice Petco.

Most unprofessional communication I’ve ever experienced from a Petco grooming salon (and I used to work at one). They canceled my appointment twice and never answer the phone. I called six times trying to get through to no avail. When you ask about why they never answer there’s a flood of excuses and “did you leave a message?” as if it’s acceptable to take possession of people’s pets for hours at a time without a means of direct contact. Inconsiderate and downright dangerous. Even the GM has given up on upholding professional standards.

Update: we have since the last review added to Gus' tank! He loves it...all gadgets purchased from this petco! He loves his new pop-able corn on the cob!

Today is the second time they canceled on me with a poor excuse. Last time the person was out sick now today it’s to hot. News flash it’s the middle of July which means it’s been hot for weeks. What have they been doing since the heat came in June. Secondly they are not the only humans working in heat. They also tried to reschedule my appt for 7 days away. They should’ve made it later today or tomorrow and pushed everyone appt after mine to a later time/day. This location is very unprofessional didn’t even answer the phone I had to call several times to speak with someone and was put on hold for about 5-7 mins. Never again will I use petco

Fish section closed at 6pm? But rest of the store is open until 9pm but better yet the employees are standing at the front door smoking and chilling out front and being useless and when asked a question you get attitude? lol.
