Yes, the city has a long, long way to go in connecting the various parts of the future, full "Rail Yard" and yes, it can be littered with homeless and drug paraphernalia at times. I get it. Trust me, as a lifelong city resident I hate how little the far-left loonies do to combat drug addiction, crime, and cleanliness issues in the city. Not trying to be political in the review, and I myself am a classic, old-school liberal, but this city has had one party rule for 75 years now so you can't argue that issues aren't political because they have the power to address anything they want. But I am hopeful that this will start a trend of people recognizing the beauty in preserving and converting much of the city's abandoned industrial past for future use as public space for a wide variety of activities/interests. Definitely great views of the city on a sunny day.

Needles and spent bags of opioids. Also, drug OD narcan bags and signs everywhere. This place could be so much more.

I would say I don’t recommend it if you’re not comfortable seeing homeless people sleeping around and dealing with unpleasant smells. It’s not a very pleasant walk.
