We have had a great experience at this location with Dr. Laura Tancredi. They very professionally diagnosed our cat and were able to surgically repair in their other clinic location. He's doing great! Front desk is very easy to work with, doctor is very approachable, and never had any issues. Sadly, we moved away and the distance is the only reason we had to stop coming here. Great catside manner when dealing with our two cats and would wholeheartedly recommened to any other client.

EVERYONE here is AMAZING!!! So sweet, kind, and loving to my Libby. They treat her like family and that's what I LOVE about WOAM. I don't feel like a customer, they make you feel like FAMILY!!! I highly recommend this office.

The staff is amazing. Every single one, from the front desk to the furthest exam room. There is is no denying they care deeply about their patients. The Dr, stake their time. Nothing ever feels rushed. They completely and thoroughly explain their finding in manner in which you would understand. If it is possible they offer the least expensive plan forward. Vet care is extremely expensive and woa is a bit pricy but it is not the most expensive vet clinic around. At least the try to offer everything they can in their pricing.. they are at the mercy of their vendors. Bottom line they are very good at what they do and they don't intentionally try to gauge you and they do want the very best result for your babies

The best vet I’ve ever been. Workers are so nice,gentle,lovely people. My cat was so anxious before doctors came in but then he calmed down . Friendly atmosphere made him relaxed. Thank you so much for such a nice experience :)

Been coming here for years and this time my experience was very different. Vet did not treat my cat for the symptoms that I told them. Gave her a medication that made her lethargic and also pushed that we should get blood work and did not call with results even after I called to follow up. For the price that we paid I should have atleast gotten a phone call to follow up on lab results even if her blood work was normal. I really love this office and hope that this visit was just a one time thing. I will say Vet tech was amazing with my cat just felt like the doctor pushed all these services with no results.

They helped me schedule an appointment for my pup ASAP concerning his highly sensitive ear he let NO ONE touch. They made my pup as comfortable as they could to allow for swabbing. Results came back, my pup was treated and literally began feeling better actually enjoying his ear massaged after medication was applied. Very attentive and informative staff. Thank you for helping my pup.
