Stopping at Melmos before Christmas was a must for me. My cats are obsessed with their treats (both chicken and shrimp) and now show no interest in their previous mass produced treats. I’m glad I bought extra because as soon as I got home my cat jumped in the bag catching the faintest whiff of his favorites. I also converted my sisters dog to Melmos. She loves the freeze dried duck livers and this time I got soft lamb treats for her to try. I love Melissa’s story and how she sources her ingredients locally from the Italian market. She’s hardworking, genuinely kind and exactly the small business everyone should support.

My cats absolutely adore the treats I get from here. I left the bag out one time and found they had tried to bite THROUGH the bag to get to the treats—that’s how much they love them. They always go bonkers whenever I open up the bag. It’s safe to say these are a favorite for them. I also love the fact that I know exactly what is in the treats and that they are filled with good ingredients for my babies. 10/10 would recommend, you won’t regret getting these treatos.

Melissa is who you trust if you love your pet. She makes her products from fresh food from the Italian market around us. A whole hearted Italian lady, it’s unique to see the Italian culture of artisanal high quality food reach a pet store. She won’t sell anything that isn’t made from quality ingredients. My cats go crazy for the toys and treats I get from her. It’s nice to not have to worry about sourcing because I can trust her. Animals shouldn’t be second thought, they live longer when we can feed them well. And she does a good job keeping pricing reasonable. What a gem.

I always purchase some treats for my dogs at the Flower show and get to chat with Mel. She appreciates her customers So much. My dogs love these cookies and they are so full of good stuff. A customer forever!!!

My cockapoo Mitzi loves Melmo’s biscuits. The owner, Melissa is super nice & we’ve been buying from her for years. We first met Melissa at a street fair while vacationing in Philadelphia & Mitzi who was a picky eater at the time loved her biscuits & we have now moved to South Carolina & we order online. We always have Melmo’s biscuits in the house. Melissa always adds a little surprise in our shipment usually the pumpkin puffs & Mitzi loves them too & we really appreciate the kind gesture.
