My baby’s cut is completely uneven. He looks so handsome with a clean cut but it should be a professional looking cut. Furthermore, his vet wound up clipping his nails later the same day when i took him for his monthly flea and tick prevention. Yes, my bet charges me to clip his nails. I was upset but took this experience as a lesson learned so that moving forward, my baby will always have a professional and even cut when he Is groomed again.

My favorite neighborhood pet store! I shop for the prices, points & the awesome staff they have working there! Also they will price match!! You’s rock! ** Plus their self wash doggie baths are fairly cheap, especially with the 50% off monthly coupon, it makes it like $8!! Without them I honestly wouldn’t be able to afford my Cat’s & Doggo’s best products! They are Well Priced & Too kind! Sales are great, I get even more coupons when using my number for points! I do really well getting everything I need and extra! Thank you Pet Supply Plus!

I always come to this store because I love the variety of items they have. Yesterday, I went to buy pads for my dogs and when I went to checkout the lady was very rude. She didn't even looked at me, first she was on the phone, then she didn't called me to get on the register, and when I told her I had a phone number for rewards she looked at me and with a mean voice told me "what's your number?" I provided the number and proceed to tell her that I had also a discount code. I showed to her and she was like "I don't need you to show me, just say it". And when it was time to pay, she didn't even say how much it was, and nothing. She gave me the receipt without looking at me and I left. I looked at the receipt and her name was TIANNA. This is the first time I have experience this type of attitude in this store. There always really nice and helpful but not yesterday. I even feel sad.

We love this store so much. They have very reasonable prices, frequent sales, and a great rewards program. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is always clean. They are well-stocked with the food, treats, and supplies we use for 3 different species of pets (Large dog, cat, rabbit).

The self-service dog wash area needs improvement. The towels available were very dirty, which is disappointing when you’re trying to keep your dog clean. On top of that, most of the employees seemed uninterested when I asked questions and weren’t very helpful. Another issue is that there is no customer restroom available. If you’re washing your dog and need to use the bathroom afterward, you’re out of luck. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but cleanliness and customer service need attention.
