Best grooming and pet supply store. The staff are always very nice and respectful and go above and beyond to meet your needs. They really do care about what you need rather than just selling. The grooming staff is also amazing but especially Lolly, she is very understanding and has incredible patience and dedication, and really works with your dog to make them feel comfortable and happy. She will NOT force your dog and will take her time with them even if that time is 4 hours. She will also slowly work with them to reach a goal like getting them to let you cut their nails. She is just the best. This place is just amazing!

Imari, Ashley, and Jaclyn all do a great job of grooming (bathing and shaving) my 2-year -old Maltipoo. The folks in the front of the store are friendly and knowledgeable. We are repeat customers. It also doesn’t hurt that they are only a 10-minute walk from home! Highly recommend.

We love taking our dog to see Ashley for a groom. Ashley does an excellent job and is so loving with our pet. The wait time is always super reasonable, and I feel great leaving our nervous dog in doggie style’s care

Nice selection, but so much stuff is inaccessible without having someone pull it for you, rendering it hard to see what products are there. service is slow. Not for folks needing to hop in and out who already know the precise products they are looking for. Can’t say that I was acknowledged or asked what I was looking for when I came in either, unfortunately. Would prefer to patronize other places

Was recommended by a friend who takes their dog to them for grooming. I made an appt for my cat and they are now my go to groomer! They are always polite and they take good care of the animals. I’ve recommended several friends that have gone here as well and all have been happy with their service. They have a good selection of pet food, toys, treats etcetera

It's kind of terrifying to give your dog to anyone to groom. I always feel super comfortable leaving Louie because you can always call and check in on your pet. They answer and give perfect updates. Louie comes back bathed and seems incredibly happy which isn't the case with most salons.
