Stayed close to boat ramp and parking lot. Be aware of bicyclists.

Beautiful trail along Schuylkill River. Martin Luther King Jr drive closed on weekends for motor traffic.

The pavement isnt exactly even in all the places. But also my rating isnt just based on the trail on its own, but the hot chocolate run. It's been going on for years, and every year its been going down hill. And so far this year is the worst. I would not recommend for anyone who reads this todo the hot chocolate race.

A nice paved trail along the river. Nothing fancy, but well maintained and seems pretty safe.

Love it! Feels remote. Peaceful, You wouldn't think that it's right off of the highway 76.

The paths are pretty decent for roller skates, and aside from that I've always loved a good walk or ride down Kelly drive. . An update... Be careful when it's crowded. Walkers don't pay attention to what's going on and Bikers, and other wheeled vehicles need to be very careful not to hit pedestrians or others wheeled vehicles. I ride an electric longboard and a very arrogant biker who was not paying attention riding on the wrong side of the path after he tried to beat traffic crossing the street collided with me and then threaten to assault me even though he was clearly not following basic traffic rules "keep right pass left" . I'm lucky I had my go pro recording with proof of his error and verbal threats. I'm also lucky I didn't get assaulted or worse. The man was clearly mentally unstable and looking for a fight rather than any other form of resolution. . Also there is general maintenance on areas of the trail at times and they don't always put up cones or caution tape. I broke my wrist two months ago due to not seeing a garden hose laid across a path on my return trip down the new river trail. So be vigilant, be courteous, keep right pass left and there are LOTS of sightseers on certain areas with their heads in the clouds, AND it is a city with a high crime rate, so there are some aggressive not kind "self centered" folk looking for a reason to fight and criminals looking to rob folks at night mostly. Carry mace, or other personal protection devices on you if you plan to go walking or riding the trail alone... Thanks and ride, walk, or run safely!
