A rough and run down neighbourhood playground including an attached weedy neglected basketball court more likely to attract "loitering shady social elements" than actual players. With a climbing frame, slides, toddler seesaw, seats and a few small trees and grassy areas to diminish its course appearance, this local facility would benefit from some maintenance work. An upgrade with some more childrens activity options would also greatly enhance its appeal to local families.
