They took such good care of Douglas! I was nervous going to a new dog groomer but from the start they all were extremely friendly and welcoming! Will be returning for sure!

Today was my first time coming, it was a great experience. Deb was awesome. I came from going to Weavers Way pet store on Carpenter Lane. I had a bad experience there and will never go back. Doggie Style Pets is officially our new store. I wish I would've known about it before. Very welcoming and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

I was so surprised they were open on a holiday Monday, I popped in and poke to the lovely customer care rep who was so helpful! She was kind, informative and generous. We explained some difficulties we were having with our new kitten and the rep tuned right in and told us all about our breed, and gave us some helpful tips and tricks on how to resolve our issues. And, she was SO right! We researched more and discovered exactly what was going on. This one conversation has changed our entire experience with our cat for the better. We are so grateful and can’t thank your team enough! She also gave us some fun food samples, which our cat LOVES! We’re so grateful you’re in the neighborhood and will be back! Thank you so much!

A really great grooming. The instructions I left were followed or exceeded. I asked that all burrs be taken from my dog's long coat. Miraculously that was done. I did not talk about the tree sap down at the skin level but somehow that was removed too. And the grooming took around 90 minutes. Overall, this was a much better experience than I had had at PetSmart.

My wife and I stopped by the other day and we had an amazing experience at this facility, all thanks to Wanda, the manager. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming. Wanda took the time to introduce us to the adorable furry friends who are up for adoption, and it was clear how much care and love they receive. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a wonderful time meeting each of the animals. We truly appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. Although they are stray ins and many times the staff doesn’t quite know what breed the dogs are, Wanda googled a few she thought may fit the furry friends description for us. If you're looking to adopt or just meet some amazing pets, I highly recommend visiting!

5* All the way. My doodle is a rescue and as such has many quirks. I have taken him elsewhere and they were not able to do a good job. The groomer there was fab and reasonable!
