I am very disappointed with my experience. I originally brought my dog in for a bath and brushing only. The groomer told me that because my dog’s coat was matted, a full grooming would be necessary. I specifically told them not to cut my dog’s hair. Despite my clear instructions, they cut my dog’s tail and trimmed the fluffy fur on my dog’s chest/front, which I never approved. Those areas were part of my dog’s appearance that I wanted to keep long. I understand that mats sometimes need to be removed, but I expected the groomer to respect my instructions or explain exactly what would need to be cut before proceeding. Instead, they cut areas I specifically asked them not to touch. I’m extremely disappointed with the communication and the final result. I would not trust this location with my dog’s coat again.

Bummer not sure how I booked the wrong date but I paid money for today and I spent over 1000 a year on Banfield and it’s unfortunate no space could be made for me today when i came in :( Fortunately, they have great customer service
