I love the service I been getting from grooming. My fur baby cash has been going for three years and also my Layla and they always came out looking so good and the services are very professional. After all these years I’m finally moving out of state and trust me not having you guys service my babies I was such a sad feeling for me. I hope to find great service moving forward on my journey. I highly recommend Heart + Paw. I’ve used the Callowhill and Northern Liberties locations and both were excellent! The staff does an amazing job grooming our Cockapoo and they are always friendly, professional and caring. During the appointment today at the Callowhill location, they notice my dog was experienced a medical issue and they called me to see if I wanted their vet to see her. Needless to say, I was very grateful and the vet was excellent as well! Based on my experience you will not be disappointed with choosing Heart + Paw for their grooming and/or vet services. A big thank you to the staff for treating my dog with such great care!!!

Jocelyn was fantastic and took such great care of my pup Sonny during his grooming! His cut was exactly what I was looking for and I’ve never been more pleased with his trim! Communication was excellent on top of exceptional service. Will be coming back just for Jocelyn again!

Great staff and ambiance from the moment we walked in. Our tech was so understanding as she walked in to see me sitting on the floor with my scared cat. She actually sat down with us! She was so gentle with my cat. Our doctor (Dr. Kelly), was so thorough and answered all the questions I had about concerns. I left feeling 1000% better. Plus, the location is friendly too! There are cat waiting rooms separate from the other animals that’ll help them with the anxiety.

heart + paw providers and employees are amazing and cared a lot about my kitty Lemon! i am a helicopter cat mom and they answered every call and question so nicely and made my concerns feel heard. They were quick to follow up with me and did not make me feel like a burden. Dr Romanzi was very knowledgeable and cared a lot for Lemon's care and made my anxieties a little smaller. Dr. Karwacki also was super great when Lemon needed surgical treatment, and answered my many questions with lots of detail. i tend to come in a lot because i am nervous, and Dr. Kelly also has been great with Lemon's care and i appreciate the thorough treatment. lastly, the nurses and vet techs and the receptionists are seriously all so nice & welcoming, i would absolutely recommend this office to anyone! (only con is the price for larger issues, but small office visits are affordable and you definitely get what you pay for here! The money spent here is worth it to keep your pet health and happy. They also are willing to help you find cheaper options if money is an issue, so it is very clear to me that our pet's health comes first here!) Lemon is doing very well & she also thanks heart + paw!❤️

Found my Siberian a veterinarian home. She did so good during her first visit. I’m sure both Malik and Dr.Nicole made it a stress free visit for her.
