I brought my cat in for a first appointment/checkup. I was concerned with her weight and ear health. The doctor helped design a food plan so we can reduce her weight without taking a lot of food away at once. Ears just needed a good cleaning and she got updated vaccinations as well. Bloodwork also came back clean. With all the services I used including the shots, the total came to under $400. Good price for the level of care and quality of services and facilities.

I was moved to tears to finally find a warm and compassionate groomer who was so patient with my anxious senior dog who hates her paws touched. I waited nervously in the lobby for the groomer to say she couldn't or wouldn't be able to work with my dog. But, within minutes out trots my happy dog with beautiful nails again. I finally found the solution for my anxious dog to be groomed. I could not thank them enough, all I could do was leave the biggest tip I could afford. I highly recommend this to parents of anxious, mouthy dogs who hate having a nail trim.

It is always easy to make and reschedule appointments, which can be done via phone call or online, and staff is very responsive. Everyone is corteous, from reception to RVTs, to the vet herself, and the clinic is spacious and clean. They do not have their own parking, but it is easy to find paid parking nextdoor or behind the clinic. If you are willing to walk a few blocks you can also find street parking. Overall my dogs and I have been happy with Heart + Paw Callowhill.

Oscar was seen for allergies and anal gland irritation. His anal glands were expressed and ears checked. He seemed relaxed and playful right after his visit. The vets were very calm and patient with Oscar. I will come again!

Very good experience at the vet today. Staff was very nice and welcoming. They offered different options and were upfront and transparent about pricing. They also were flexible and accommodated me with changing my appointment time to later in the day. I would recommend

Raya and I had a wonderful first visit at Heart + Paws Callowhill. The staff was all amazing and did their very best to make Raya feels as comfortable as possible for her first visit. We have definitely found our new vet in our new town.
