Kevin was my groomer for about 8 years. He was great with my pooch and his pricing was excellent. Over the past two years he has not been reliable or responsive. He either doesn't respond to appointment requests or cancels at the last minute. He will go months without any communication. Then out of the blue, you will get a text that he's back to grooming. Then the cycle starts all over again. I hope everything is ok with him and his business. I wish him the best.

Mom couldn't take Sammy to a groomer due to her health problems. So my husband found this wonderful place, where he was treated like a special client. He didn't have to share his appointment with other customers. Sammy went from a rag tag dog, to a dapper Westie with a new red bow tie? So if you want the best, bring your pooch here for great treatment and special service.

Philly Top DOG.. has the worst customer service ever. Normally I take my dog to Mutt Hutt however I decided to schedule an appointment with Philly Top Dog. Location is in the middle of bad neighborhood, we called when out front 20 minutes late (after searching for store front) and the rude male quickly stated "Oh your late you will need to reschedule, really I'm at your front door?"I will stick to business with store fronts with business tax id's. When told about the lack thereof customer service, I was hung up on. Wow, possibly that's why your running a business obviously out of your home. Perhaps quality customer service could help you move your business out of the hood.

This is one of the first places I found here and I was the best. I returned each day. Great music and great food. Friendly staff. Just perfect. We Were even able to buy a bottle from the bar
