I love the convenience of this location and the prices are soooo affordable which I appreciate. They were able to provide a fast urgent dewormer and vaccination appointment for my puppy Maestro when I first got him and he had worms. The worms came back as they warned the eggs could hatch at a later date. I emailed for another appointment and booked after receiving a response a few days later. I mistaken went in early than the appointment date I booked by accident and they were able to accommodate me which I truly appreciate. The only reason for losing one star is because during the first appointment, I had no idea that you could bring home fleas from this facility which actually happened, and I had to go out and purchase flea products, vacuum everything, wash everything. That was scary because it was so unexpected. I would think they would have some kind of preventative measures in place to ensure new customers wouldn't experience that. I keep my puppy in a carrier instead of having him on a leash now because I am afraid of having a repeat experience. But the staff are great, I still go here and I would recommend.

The staff here are friendly, fast and efficient. I have enjoyed my two experiences with the vaccination clinic. The only downside is the appointment scheduling is inconvenient. Slots open up for only (1) week at at time. It was a challenge to get in to reserve a spot to keep my kitten's vaccination series current. Most appointments are in the middle day during the week. I work so far away that it would cause me to miss almost an entire day at work. I lucked out the 1st time with a last-minute Saturday cancelation. The 2nd time, I had an unexpected day off, which enabled me to take Paisely in during normal work hours. I couldn't get an appointment for her 3rd shot. I had to transition elsewhere to a full services veternarian. If you have job flexibility, or are retired, etc., this is a awesome place, at a reasonable cost with great staff! Recommend!

If you can get in- book it! Warm, friendly, and the lowest prices ANYWHERE! We found an abandoned stray kitten last month under our stairwell at midnight and desperately needed to bring him somewhere low cost to get vaccines ASAP. After doing some quick research, I found PAWS and booked an appointment immediately to get him in. We had to wait 2 days for the appointment, but for the money you will save, it's worth the wait. Once we were there, it was super quick- we were in and out in less than 30 minutes- and everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. They confirmed for us that he was a stray (not microchipped) and went ahead with administering the vaccines we requested along with testing him for FIV and FELV. His results fortunately came back negative and he now has a new forever home with 2 siblings :) Thank you so much PAWS!!

I had my rescue services here - the staff does not answer the phones and they do not return business calls in a timely fashion as their voicemail says. The only method of communication is email. They have an auto generated email saying they’ll get back to you if there’s an appointment. When there is an appointment the staff emails you back and forth for sometimes days because they don’t know how to collect all of the information at once. If you’re late they charge fees and don’t offer any grace even if you are coming from a distance. They offer different rescues different fees. Because I was late a few times with about 6 cats because I am a single woman who runs her rescue they retaliated and dropped my rescue pricing. All of this while I have a letter of reference from their vets. Go here if you have the time and patience to deal with retaliation , rude staff, email Communications for scheduling appointments. Otherwise there are better places that care for low income communities and don’t treat you like your scum.

I have NOTHING but Great and notable things to say about this business, the services and their staff!!! Hands DOWN the most efficient, pleasant and affordable experience you’ll ever have for your pet! There are mostly women who work at this location but THEY ALL demonstrate exceptional genuineness, care & compassion! I wish I could list them by name and ONLY IF you can get an appointment in, then you too will be IMPRESSED by the level of hospitality! Thank you PAWS for being here!

Absolutely amazing clinic! Going here is even better than going to the vet. If there's anything you should double check with a vet, they let you know. FYI: My favorite vet service to use when I need to speak to a vet is Chewy's FREE online chat. Thank you so much to everyone here for everything you do and for truly caring for animals and the people who own them. Being a pet owner is hard enough without having to worry about paying outrageously high vet bills you can't afford. Seriously, thank you so much! You really do make the world a better place :)
