Great store and helpful staff. Large product selection and if you need something that isn’t there they offer great alternatives and can sometimes even order it for you. Groomers are also great here and very gentle. One of my favorite pet stores in the city!

I went here yesterday to get some wet food for my cat to try. He has a super sensitive stomach and doesn’t like most brands of wet food. The girl working was super helpful and recommended one to try. My cat loved it and kept it down! Will definitely be coming here often

Would not bring my pets here again. They charged me at the time of service which I paid and even tipped the groomer on top of. They then continue to pester me calling multiple times to recoup $20 because their employee rang up my service as 2x dog nail clippings instead of 2x cat nail clippings which for some reason is $10 extra each even though they completed their service in under 2 mins for each cat. Weird and shoddy behavior of the manager of the store. If your employee makes a mistake that is the responsibility of the store, not the customer. Will not be bringing my cats here anymore if this is how they choose to treat their customers.

We *love* Doggie Style! The people who work there are great and the store is mission driven to improving the lives of pets. Alexis did an amazing job on Phoebe's groom today. We highly recommend Doggie Style!
