The only pet sitting service I would refer anyone to in this city. Alyssa is a genuine animal lover and will treat your furry child as if it was one of her own. This company has become 5 a star business in the past few years since the dynamic duo Alyssa and Kristen purchased it. Great business ethics and genuine love for animals! Thank you ladies for having such a well executed business that makes my guilt a little less when I am away from my son Princeton!!!

We have had nothing but great experiences with PhilaPets in the last two years - they regularly cat sit for us and care for our plants too while we’re gone. The owners are true professionals who are diligent about customer service and their staff is professional and caring. They have a solid digital check-in system so you are alerted when the walker/caretaker arrives and when they’ve left. They send detailed email updates about what they did and how the kitties are doing. The online scheduling system is simple and quick, and their office manager is lovely. We always come home to happy cats, full water fountains and a clean house. I have recommended them to several friends (also for cats) and they have all had great experiences too!

I have had very positive experiences with PhilaPets recently. They have been timely and reliable. Additionally, when my flight home got cancelled and I needed a last minute pet sitting, they were responsive, understanding and able to accommodate. The only reason I am not writing a 5 star review is that they did lose my keys one time during a management transition. That said, they were apologetic and gave me free sittings.

Philapets is my favorite cat sitting service in Philly. We’ve used them a number of times to care for our two cats. They are totally reliable, and they have even come through on a last minute request when our flight was delayed back to Philly. I love the message and photo that accompanies each visit. Also, they are very proactive when it comes to spotting things that should be addressed - like cleaning up hairballs, fixing tipped over plants, and bringing in packages. I highly recommend them!

I have used PhilaPets for daily walks for my 2 labs for 4 years and absolutely love them. The walkers are always friendly and take great care of our pups. We love that we get notified while at work when the sitters arrive, and again when they leave, and know if our pets did #1 or #2 during the day which informs how quickly we have to take them out when we get home. The staff is always reliable, responsive and flexible to make changes and meet our needs. I have peace of mind knowing that my dogs look forward to their mid-day walk each day. I can't recommend PhilaPets enough.

We asked Philapet's to look after our cat for 13 days while we were in England over Christmas. The pet sitter complained our apartment was 'too cold' and left one appointment early. We told them to switch the heat on during their appointment but switch it off after they leave. We came back with no problems until our electricity bill came in and was $140 for the month. This was $100 over the usual amount. The only thing we did differently was hire Philapets and we were gone 13 days of the month. They refused to refund us and would rather lose a customer than agree to their own fault. They were actually incredibly rude via email and said unless we could prove it was they weren't going to do anything. Use at own risk, could be great service or you could get the person I did, it's expensive enough without an electricity bill increase.
