Our academy-trained Pet Stylists have over 800 hours of hands-on grooming instruction that includes bathing, trimming & styling of all breeds & sizes, plus annual safety certification. Our Grooming Salons offer appointments for full-service grooming & bathing as well as Walk-in services for dog nail trim, nail grind, PAWdicure, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, trimming, dematting & more. Our Express services features uninterrupted primping that limits the amount of time your pet spends in the salon. I made an appointment and was told by Josh my appointment would be for 10am on March 8th I show up to my appointment and they tell me it’s at 11:30am. I was super upset because I took off of work to bring my cat here but the lady who grooms the cat just was not bothered and didn’t care. This grooming PetSmart is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend you even bring your animals here. After expressing my feeling about being upset the groomers said she didn’t feel comfortable keeping the appointment and cancelled my appointment. If I could rate zero stars I would. They need a better staff that take accountability for their mistake instead of making the situation worst for pet parents like us.

There was multiple employees and was told that no one was there to give me crickets come back in a few hours. And when asked for a dog collar light was told we have them but don't know where. Also the store entrance smelled like urine. Bad experience never be back.
