LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Groomadelphia. It was my first time bringing my 3 year old golden retriever KOBE to groomadelphia. I have tried several groomers over the past 3 years and they were all awful. So bringing Kobe to Groomadelphia for the first time did give me anxiety for the fact that all past groomers felt the need to shave my golden retriever bald!! Kurt took the time to speak to me about all my needs/concerns and reassured me that Kobe was in good hands. During Kobe's grooming session, Kurt sent pictures of his progress, which put me at ease. Kurt bathed and groomed Kobe who weighs 85lbs, which only took 2 hours to complete. Kurt is also very reasonably priced for his amazing services. I highly recommend taking your precious pup to GROOMADELPHIA!

Just had a fantastic experience at Groomadelphia this week! Kurt is so kind and friendly and helped me when my navigation was going haywire while I tried to find the parking lot (pro tip: if you search "Bistro Sorriso" in google maps, it's easier to find the parking lot entrance). My dog is sometimes skittish about being groomed, but Kurt and his adorable pups made my dog feel very comfortable. Before diving right into grooming, Kurt gave my dog some pets and treats, let him sniff around, and allowed him to get comfortable in the space. Kurt sent me adorable photos of my dog throughout the grooming process, which I really appreciated. When I came back to pick my dog up, he looked and smelled amazing, he was totally relaxed, and didn't want to leave! 10/10 for the groom and the customer service experience! I highly recommend Groomadelphia and we will definitely be coming back.

My pups just finished their summer grooming appointment with Kurt at Groomadelphia! This was the second time my pups had the pleasure of being groomed by Kurt! Kurt is attentive, personable, professional, and reliable! You can also tell just how passionate he is and how much he LOVES dogs! I feel reassured and calm leaving my pups with Kurt. He takes his time to get to know your pup and your grooming preferences. My pups (two Border Collie mixes) always come back looking fabulous! I highly recommend Kurt at Groomadelphia and cannot wait to go back again!

Kurt is amazing, no matter what temperament the dog may present. When we had recently adopted a new dog, Kurt was able to give the best grooming experience. My dog was happy, and well groomed! After a traumatic incident at the vet involving a broken nail, my dog became very hesitant when anyone tried to touch his paws. Kurt was amazing and accommodating, making sure that not only my dog was comfortable, but that I was too. He even allowed us to work on a plan to slowly build my dog's trust back!!

Kurt is as nice as can be and groomed my 11-week-old puppy very well. It was her first time getting groomed (and my first time bringing a dog to a groomer), so he explained the steps of the grooming process and took the time to hold her and get her comfortable before he got to work. He was done in about an hour on a slow Saturday and charged a very reasonable rate for a wash and dry, cut, and nail trim. It was obvious he was very gentle with my dog because she came home very relaxed (and sleepy). She smells and feels great and Kurt did a very nice job giving her a neat and even look. As an added bonus, it's very easy to find Groomadelphia and I had no problem finding street parking. I will definitely be going back.

We took our rescue pup to see Kurt and we were so pleased! She can be a little bit skittish and usually hates everything about the grooming process. Kurt took a lot of time to get to know her and as us questions to make the process go smoothly. Our dog and her owners were very comfortable and appreciative!
