Melissa was absolutely wonderful with our dog, and I could tell our four legged family member was at ease with her. This was amazing because she’s usually skittish before a nail trim. Melissa trimmed and buffed her nails better than anyone has ever done, and we will gladly see her again. If I could give her a ten star review, I would. Thank you Melissa!

Worst place ever! Bought two parakeets from this place. When I get home I realized their wings were clipped and they cannot fly. Had them for a week one was very sick. Went to the vet to find out she is overweight and in bad health because her wings were clipped. Went to return them and their system was down so they couldn’t look up the order. Asked us to drive 45 minutes home to grab the original receipt. We did they just to come back and find out that they can’t look up the order with the original receipt either. All they could offer was a sorry and come back another time. Please do your research before you purchase any pet from this place. I have parakeets from PetSmart and they never had their wings clipped. I thought all places were the same. What a learning experience.

I’ve had the worst grooming experience ever. They are the most inexperienced groomers I’ve ever encountered. My dog looks horrible, his cut is extremely choppy and they are scared of large dogs. They told me they couldn’t cut the hair on his face so now he has a bald body and full face which looks TERRIBLE. I will NEVER use this location again. Do not send your pets here.

1/4/2024: I have reduced my rate for this company and this location. You all canceled my Vet services after a I have reduced my rate for this company and this location. You all canceled my vet services after an appointment was scheduled one week ago with no explanation. I rescheduled it at a different location and you canceled this one as well. I’m now left with an animal that was due to be adopted today, with no vaccinations being able to be given, and no adoption as a result. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This is my go to place for specialty products, quality food and pet needs and awesome toys and gadgets for my pets. This store is clean and the staff are super friendly here. I come in for advice on specialty items as well as when I have had behavioral issues with my Siamese cats

Ok place but the selection was more limited than I thought it would be. I was looking for some play pens for cars and some backpacks for carrying cats but they didnt have any. Nice selwction of food foe different pets

This is the only place where I can get cases of cat food. I feed the alley cats in the alley. There is sun shine who had babies, stipe, ony she lost her first litter, smooth grey, sister fluffy, orangy, patchy.
