I should call PETA or anyone that can save those animals and shut them down. Every time I go to that plaza I go in that store just to check on the animals. Today I went with my mom and saw two dying snakes dehydrated and in horrible condition. A dead lizard. Two dogs were out on the floor in a cage with no food or water, they are so dehydrated they were drinking their own urine. Two other dogs were behind the register in front of the window with no food or water. One dog managed to knock over a trash can and get some old food out of it. Fish skeletons in a tank with no water. Oh and one tortoise had a bowl filled with brown water and dirt/poop in it. My mom went up to an employee and mentioned all this, she even said there were two dying snakes and a dead lizard. He said "Okay, I'll check on it later." I work at a pet store and I never have those problems. I am constantly checking on them and giving fresh water. And if someone were to even ask, "Is that animal okay?" I would drop everything and check. Next time it won't be a review. I've heard many many complaints about you! We'll shut you down.

My experience with this place was alright until now. I used to go there for feeder mice but now they charge $2.50 for pinkies and fuzzies. Now when I ask for fuzzies they tend to give me pinkies and its not even worth it anymore.

Prices are horrible, pets are sickly, dogs from puppy mills, service is terrible, store smells horrible. Used to love this place but in the last year it went down big time. never shopping there again.
