Potentially dangerous situation tonight for my friend and her dog. The locks were broken and jammed shut and she was trapped out there in 14 degree weather with the sun setting. The police were called multiple times and no one arrived for over an hour. Thank god to two Good Samaritans (Craig and Olivia) for staying with her and trying to help her get out. She was finally able to to get out when another dog owner showed up and happened to have a hammer in his car. After multiple blows he was able to break the lock and free her after an hour and a half.
