I can’t say enough good things about Tail Feathers Grooming! My dog has always been very anxious, and in the past most groomers have struggled to handle him — it’s always been stressful for both of us. From the moment Tail Feathers arrived, I could tell this would be different. The groomer showed up right on time, was incredibly professional and charming, and immediately put both me and my pup at ease. Instead of forcing things, they worked with him gently, giving him breaks when he needed them and creating such a relaxed environment. What really impressed me was how efficiently Cynthia worked — everything was done quickly but with such care and attention to detail. By the end, not only did he look amazing — clean, soft, perfectly groomed — but he was actually calm and wagging his tail. That’s a first for us after grooming! They also use natural products, which I really appreciate, and I love that they think about pets’ overall well-being, not just their looks. Having them come right to the house was such a game-changer too. If you have an anxious or sensitive dog, I can’t recommend Tail Feathers Grooming enough. They truly care, and it shows.

Cynthia is by far the best! She is truly a pet lover and takes the best care of my boys when I am away. Home is always nice and tidy when I arrive back. Cynthia has the most patience when it comes to nail trimming my 127 pound mastiff Louie Lou. She is meticulous with trimming Louie’s nails perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend Cynthia for the care of your fur babies!!!

Cynthia is so wonderful with my animals. She cares for them like they are her own animals. My dog Tucker is so excited when he sees her and he follows her right to the van happily!

My House is No Longer 90% Fur ​I'm convinced the staff at Tail Feathers are not groomers, but some kind of fur-wrangling sorcerers. I dropped off my husky, who was in the midst of his semi-annual "Furmageddon" and looked more like a walking tumbleweed than a dog. I returned to find a sleek, majestic creature I barely recognized. ​They removed enough undercoat to knit a whole new husky. I can wear black clothing again. My vacuum cleaner has filed for early retirement. They handled his typical Siberian Sass with a smile and a treat. If you're currently living in a blizzard of fur, do yourself a favor and book an appointment here. They perform miracles. 10/10.
