I can not recommend Off Leash enough! I did the 2 week boarding and have been so happy with the results, such a worthwhile investment. If you're on the fence, do it! My pup stayed with Kim for two weeks. I felt so comfortable leaving her with Kim, and got a ton of updates and pictures throughout. They went for long walks and hikes every day, and had homemade turkey meatballs every day. I always knew what they were working on and what is expected for each command/behavior. My pup was extremely energetic and about to start prozac for her anxiety. After training she seems so much less anxious and was able to self-regulate and listen rather than being in a hyperactive state all day. After the two weeks and our final training session together, I felt extremely confident in my ability to continue the training given my pup had such a solid foundation and knew all the commands. This past weekend was the ultimate test as my pup was around several other dogs and about a dozen people. Where she would have previously jumped all over every guest, she patiently laid down and waited to hear the word 'break' before greeting anyone. I am SO proud of her and can't thank Off Leash and Kim enough! It is such a good feeling to trust your dog and give them a bit more freedom to explore.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Working with Claire during Jade’s 2-week board and train was one of the best decisions I could have made for my dog and for our family. My 8-month-old American Staffordshire Terrier, Jade, had a very rough beginning and experienced a major setback in training before coming to Claire. Between her high energy, stubborn personality, lack of structure, and my own difficulty managing everything consistently, I honestly felt overwhelmed at times. Claire approached Jade with patience, calm leadership, and understanding from day one. Instead of forcing results, she focused first on building trust and creating a strong foundation. Once that trust was established, Claire stepped naturally into the leadership role Jade clearly needed — and the transformation was incredible to watch. Within just days, I started seeing changes in Jade’s responsiveness, focus, and behavior. The pictures and videos Claire sent throughout the program showed not only progress in obedience, but a dog who was genuinely becoming more confident, balanced, and happy. You could literally see Jade smiling. What impressed me most was that Claire didn’t just train commands — she helped Jade learn self-control, structure, and how to succeed. Jade is now understanding expectations, responds beautifully to direction, and is developing into the amazing dog I always knew she could be. Our walks, routines, and overall daily life are already dramatically different. The handoff session was equally impressive. Claire made sure we were given every tool, resource, and piece of information needed to continue Jade’s success at home. She took the time to thoroughly explain the training methods, demonstrate how to properly work with Jade, answer every question, and make sure we felt confident moving forward. It truly felt like we were set up for long-term success rather than just sent home with a trained dog. Claire’s communication throughout the process was outstanding, and it was obvious how much she truly cares about the dogs she works with. Her knowledge, consistency, and dedication gave me confidence every step of the way. I am beyond grateful for the time, effort, and heart Claire poured into Jade’s journey. If you are struggling with a high-energy, stubborn, anxious, or difficult dog, I cannot recommend Claire enough. She changed the trajectory of our relationship with Jade, and I’ll forever appreciate what she’s done for us. ❤️

My partner and I often say this was the best decision we ever made for us and our puppy! For context: our dog was very reactive, is very large, and is not treat/food motivated making our at home training very difficult. I got a free consultation with Anastasia before our first lesson, where she clearly communicated the psychological breakdown of why my dog acts that way, and how the training would help us improve these negative behaviors we were seeing. 8 weeks later, we have a different dog. She is more relaxed, more attentive to our commands, and we finally feel like we are a family unit. One of our biggest issues faced was teaching our dog to settle in the presence of other dogs. I can proudly report, we spent an entire Christmas vacation in a house with 2 other dogs & no issues! Anastasia (& Genevieve) are truly the most kind hearted people, and you can tell they love what they do. They use a psychological breakdown of behavior to explain their techniques, leading to a truly strong foundation of skills & communication between you and your dog. I could go on forever about how wonderful this experience was. Thank you for making our lives so enjoyable, and our dog's!

I had such a great experience with this dog training program for my dog Nakōa. I’ve seen a huge difference in her behavior since completing the training. She’s more attentive, responsive, and overall much more well-behaved. Her trainer, Genevieve Raven, was amazing throughout the entire process. She was extremely communicative and kept me updated every single day with videos, pictures, and detailed messages. I never felt out of the loop, and it was really reassuring to see Nakōa’s progress in real time. What I appreciated most was how thorough Genieve was in teaching me as well—not just training Nakōa, but making sure I understood the commands, how to reinforce them, and what to do after the program ended. That made a big difference because I feel confident continuing the training at home. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this training program to anyone looking to improve their dog’s behavior. It was 100% worth it.

We just had our 10 month old German Shorthair Pointer graduate the 2 week board and train program with OLK9. Andrew was our trainer and we highly recommend! Basil (our pup) is a high energy dog who knew basic commands but no matter what we did we couldn’t figure out how to stop his leash pulling on walks, and jumping especially when people enter our home! Andrew worked wonders with our Basil! We now are confident that Basil can hold place when people enter our home, heel when walking and come on command. Recall was a big issue before and now he comes and drops when he has something in his mouth. Andrew even realized how much he loved to run and get exercise in and he taught Basil how to heel next to a bike!! We got photos every night with updates on the training days, and had full trust in Andrew with Basil!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Off Leash K9 Philly and Anastasia. I should have written this review months and months ago. My puppy is not almost 18 months and what a joy he is since we did the training. We started training around 8 months after we had done the usual Petsmart puppy classes and we were quickly approaching the teenage hellish months. I have had dogs in the past but this was my first puppy that I was aware that I wanted to focus on the well behaved dog he would become not just the cute puppy he was to start. Numerous neighbors had used this training program and as I lusted after their ability to have control of their dog off leash and on, I knew it had to be some we did too. Anastasia (and her puppy Luna) we great! Bodie already knew basic commands but there was no guarantee as to when he would decide to listen or not. After just one class, I was blown away. and i kept asking what the catch was. There was none. We did the 8 week program. Anastasia was great about our scheduling and if there was a need to reschedule which I really appreciated because life gets busy. These days, Bodie does better off leash than he does on leash. We still use our e-collar but I am certain if he didn't have it on he would still listen. He knows what I expect of him and it makes it so much easier and less stressful for me to exercise his puppy energy which makes for a way more fun experience for me and my dog. I also have to say, going through this training really was a wonderful bonding experience for me and my puppy. I am so proud of us. I also will never have a dog again without going through this training program. LIFE CHANGING and I recommend Off Leash K9 Philly to everyone! Do not hesitate, the cost is MORE than worth it.
