I've had a wonderful experience with the entire staff, but have to give a specific shout-out to Jess at the South Philly location. She is so awesome, has everything so organized for us. Really cares about the dogs and the customers. We've been boarding and grooming and doing daycare for a couple of years and our lil man Rambo loves them. If you run into Jess, just know your pup is in seriously good hands <3

Thank you so much Bex and Groom & Board for doing an amazing job with Breyer! I have never had a dog who required grooming and even being in pet care, grooming is the one area I lack any knowledge. Bex made my new doodle baby look so dang cute! 🐾💖

It’s been about 4months my puppy has been here for daycare since I’ve started in-office. I love that it’s both inside and outside. The workers there are so friendly and definitely enjoy what they do! My puppy loves it there and they definitely let me know if anything goes on. Very responsive when scheduling and accommodating when it’s last minute reservation for daycare. So happy with their hours being early and just a short walk from the northern liberties area. I enjoy seeing their stories on Instagram with all the dogs too!

Well I found a new groomer for my dog. Bex did an amazing job! My dog was matted on a couple legs after she stopped letting me brush her out there and I figured she’d need to be shaved down, but they were able to work out the tangles and give her an amazing haircut! She looks amazing and I’m so appreciative ❤️ I would recommend this place every time!

Courtney is hands down the best groomer in the city! I took my dog to a lot of groomers before finding her and was never really happy with the cut. She always looks and smells great when she leaves Groom And Board. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Thanks for your attention to detail and taking great care of my baby!
