My dog Indy just started coming here and we absolutely love it. She’s seen the vet for a check up and gone to daycare multiple times. She is a very shy girl but has really warmed up to playing with other dogs. They always update me with pictures so I know she’s doing well. I highly recommend Heart + Paw for any service!

I bring my two boys, Smudge and Sans, for grooming. The staff is an absolute pleasure and I truly appreciate and admire their efforts and patience! My boys always look amazing thanks to Josh and Li!! They are truly the best and always have my boys looking their best and make me feel so at ease!

Today was my Oreo first visit. Josh the groomer was very delightful during our interaction. He listened to my specifications regarding grooming my furbaby and I absolutely love his look. Oreo and I will see you soon Josh and thanks again😊

I can’t say enough good things about this location! The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming, and every time I visit, we’re seen very quickly. They do such a thorough job evaluating your pet, nothing ever feels rushed. I recently came in for my dog’s annual wellness exam and had plenty of questions prepared. The team took their time to listen carefully, answer each one in detail, and even ask thoughtful follow-up questions. Dr. Venturelli is an amazing veterinarian. Honestly, the best I’ve had through the years with my dog. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. She takes the time to explain every concern, discuss all possible causes, and walk you through the best options for care. I always leave feeling confident that my dog has been given a truly thorough, compassionate evaluation. On top of that, the prices are extremely reasonable for the level of care you receive. I wouldn’t want to take my dog anywhere else, I completely trust Dr. Venturelli and her team with my pet’s well-being.

Li always does an amazing job with my pup, he’s a super shy guy & very fur. She is great & so patient with him. I feel very comfortable with leaving Henry in her care.

Been going here since they opened. And then yesterday, I finally realized, this is just private equity slop. We go here for grooming. The groomers they hire come and go. They do a good job (hence 2 stars instead of one) but you can find them working anywhere. Yesterday we paid $140 for a Yorkie to get a buzz cut. Literally just shave her down high and tight. I paid a 30% surcharge because a work call went over and I walked in 17 min late. You just charged me $140 for a small dog buzz cut with a groomer I’d never seen before in 4+ years or so of doing business with you. If you don’t want my business, message received. Be less corporate. I needed motivation to spend locally anyway. And heck yes, if a local groomer family owned business charged me a late fee, I’d be much more agreeable to it.
