I could not have anything better to say about the team at Heart + Paw! We take Lucy to H+P for her vet appointments and grooming and just recently started taking her for doggy day care. The staff is amazing. To see her get so excited when we get to the office door at 8am on Monday mornings makes me so happy. To give testament to how caring the staff is they send updates throughout the day with pictures and this afternoon I peeped in the window and she was the last puppy to leave for the day. She was sitting right on the individuals lap who was watching her and it put a huge smile on my face. We are new to day care and I have full trust in H + P that they keep her happy, energized and safe throughout the day!

Can’t say enough good things about Heart and Paw! They always take good care of our Cali girl-we love the updates and pictures they share on days she’s with them. Whenever we drop her off she’s SO excited to go in, we know she loves it too! We always know she’s going to be taken care of well and have a great day!

They have been amazing with my fur baby- they know him by name when we walk in, they are gentle and extremely knowledgeable. One of my favorite features has to be that they text you to check in the day after your appointment and will give you advice via text. I highly recommend them! (An added photo of the pup simply because Heart & Paw is the best vet we have seen!)

Very positive experience with the grooming services at Heart + Paw! They took great care of my boy and made him look like the little show dog he could be! Parking wasn’t terrible and I went and got my nails done right down the street while my pup was being groomed. All in all a great experience.

Penny’s first visit to Heart and Paw-Northern Liberties was wonderful. The location is pet and human friendly, and clean. We were shown into an exam room quickly and our vet tech, Neil took a history and reviewed our paperwork. We were swiftly seen by Dr. Venturelli who immediately got down on the floor with this small but rambunctious girl and thoroughly examined her. Everything was explained, including charges, and we felt well taken care of. Looking forward to a long and healthy relationship with this modern, welcoming vet practice.

love that I can always get an appt when needed and my dog gets groomed in a timely manner. staff is kind and helpful when you’re a first time dog owner with a million questions
