The staff was really nice and took their time with my two cats. What I really liked about this Vet was that they weren’t trying to get all my money. I asked a lot of questions and I was happy with the answers and the recommendations that I was given. The place was very clean and the team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the great experience. I couldn’t get a picture of summer unfortunately.

Always a great experience at Heart & Paws! We were in and out in a half hour with all our questions answered and tests done right on the spot. They’re always upfront about costs, and I also appreciate the thorough paperwork that they send you after the visit. Used them with my previous pup throughout her life as well!

We’ve been coming to Heart and Paw Northern Liberties for several years now. The vet staff is top notch and the convenience of both grooming and doggy daycare in-house is great to have.
When our dog first exhibited symptoms of CHF, the dr we worked with was able to diagnose, get cardiology involved, and immediately start an effective course of treatment that probably saved his life. We went to ryan veterinary hospital (upenn) later on to validate everything, and they concurred with the diagnosis and only made one or two tweaks to the dosage of his meds. While we lucked out getting a last-minute cancellation at upenn, it easily could have been a 3-month wait to be seen. Because of H+P’s expertise, the care they provided paved the foundation for our dog to have another 6 months with good quality of life.
Also as an aside, Oliver was able to be groomed one last time with the vet supervising to make sure he was ok throughout the grooming (grooming is considered high risk for CHF patients given the level of stress most dogs experience).

I was panicked and in such a pinch to renew my pups vaccines for a flight. I called Heart & Paw NoLibs and Joe was super understanding and accommodating. They got me in and out in 30 minutes while being the sweetest to my pup Rae. Dr. Alex and his team are always so wonderful to the animals and the space is always so clean. Love this place

I could not have anything better to say about the team at Heart + Paw! We take Lucy to H+P for her vet appointments and grooming and just recently started taking her for doggy day care. The staff is amazing. To see her get so excited when we get to the office door at 8am on Monday mornings makes me so happy. To give testament to how caring the staff is they send updates throughout the day with pictures and this afternoon I peeped in the window and she was the last puppy to leave for the day. She was sitting right on the individuals lap who was watching her and it put a huge smile on my face. We are new to day care and I have full trust in H + P that they keep her happy, energized and safe throughout the day!
