Stefan took great care of my pooch while I was away for a week, and has a real knack for making friends with even the crustiest dog. He even sent some great photos of the little fellow. I had checked out a few other dog walkers when Stefan was fully booked, and nobody inspired the same level of confidence (so much so that I was uncomfortable leaving my dog and ended up changing plans). Part of the reason I hired Stefan was that he was recommended by a neighbor. I saw him walk the dog next door a few times, and it was obvious from the way Stefan treated him that he's a gentle soul who genuinely loves animals. If you're looking for someone reliable who will take good care of your animals, look no further.

Stefan is the most amazing dog walker. We have had many over the years and Stefan is the best of the best. He is one of the few individuals who can handle our difficult Great Dane and not only that, our dog adores him. Stefan is completely reliable, helps us out at the last minute when we have asked and is a really kind soul who really cares about the animals he is responsible for. He has watched our dog for weeks at a time when we've gone on long vacations and we always come home to find our beast happy and healthy and well cared for. Since we've known Stefan, he has become a familiar face for our entire household and everyone looks forward to his stopping by to pick up our dog for a walk if we happen to be home and have a minute to chat. We HIGHLY recommend Stefan without any hesitation of any kind.

After adopting a Mastiff with a bladder the size of a pea... my husband I realized quickly we needed help while we were away at work. In enters Stefan to our lives! Stefan has been a caring for our animals for nearly 2 years now. We are a rowdy home of not only two large dogs but 4 moody cats. There is no one we trust more than Stefan with our animals. Not only is he dependable, he's respectful of our home, loving to all of our critters and available in a pinch. He truly cares about the well-being of each of our animals and is attuned to their needs. I know he cares when I receive the most adorable pictures of each of the animals from week to week. Stefan is well worth his weight in gold and the reason we will never move out of the area. Thanks again for everything you do!!!

So happy to have found The Philly Dogwalker! Stefan is always so accommodating for our on-the-fly needs. He is respectful to our home and dogs, as well as our neighbors. Flexible with his/our schedules, thorough with dog care and communication and very reasonable with prices -- what more could we want?! Our dogs LOVE Stefan and always want to hang with him when he's visiting the neighbor pups too. We love knowing that our dog walker is personable and community focused, not just a business, but someone who cares and takes pride in their work. Thanks Stefan!

Stefan is wonderful. He's gentle, honest, sincere, kind, communicative, and most importantly, my little Chihuahua (who hates everyone!) LOVES Stefan. Stefan stayed at my house and looked after my little guy while I was away for a week. It was the first time leaving my little guy (who is a rescue and is quite high maintenance) and I was a nervous wreck. But Stef sent me daily updates with pics, and my little guy fell in love with him after the first day. I came home to an immaculate home and a very happy Chihuahua. I can't recommend Stefan highly enough!

I cannot speak more highly of The Philly Dogwalker. The service provider - Stefan - is affordable, friendly, and responds promptly to questions and concerns. For the extra paranoid pet owner who constantly wonders if corners are being cut while he or she is not around to catch it, I can tell you that there have been multiple occasions when either myself or my brother had made it to the house midday (either after some obscure appointment, returning early from a trip, or leaving work early for some reason) and Stefan was always there, as scheduled, playing ball with our dog in the back yard (we have a border collie, so playing ball is more beneficial than a regular walk). Lastly, but certainly not least, Stefan has a FANTASTIC photographic eye, and will send you frame-worthy pictures of your pet. I've been consistently amazed with the shots he's managed to get of our dog, who is never still for long. Stefan was strongly recommended to us by a gentleman on our block who employs him for his own pet, so bear this added endorsement in mind as you consider your dog walking choices. I can assure you, you won't be disappointed with The Philly Dogwalker.
