Pleasantly surprised. Such a huge store, yet also really well stocked and clean/orderly. Every employee we spoke to in every department and service, was very nice and helpful. Bathrooms were also clean and bright. Nice place to take your pet for a grooming, vet visit, or treat.

Always have a good time here. Clean, well lit, really friendly staff. I talked with a co-worker about my cats stomach issues and she totally placated me. I know she's not a vet but I was crazy paranoid and she made me feel a little better. Food and litter is almost always in stock, and also cheaper than anywhere else around for pet items. Happy customer :)

Great staff plus a clean and well stocked store and let’s not forget that they price match! Typically I order most things online but Pet Smart on Washington Ave puts the joy back in shopping. Thank you to their management team for continuing to inspire a culture of excellent customer service, your customers appreciate it.
