I went to this store location with my dog after the snowfall because a cold front was coming in and she also began limping after the excessive salting of the roads. The staff member was very attentive and helpful in showing me options for what I asked for: coats and boots for my girl. She was patient, helping us try on coats for sizing in all price ranges and making sure I was aware of the cost, without being pushy! She also helped me pick out boots and taught me how to put them on properly, ensuring I knew the commitment of the work it took to put on the product, which I very much appreciated! Will absolutely return.

Wonderful A to Z. We just had our 4th grooming appointment with our skittish, 8 month old Shiba Inu pup. Mindy is so great with her - I was pleased to see the airplane ears when Mikan saw her.
She does a great job with the nail grind and Mikan always smells so fresh and even though she’s shaking, I know she’s happy. And we are happy too!

Got a coupon for 25% off a dog grooming, only to be told when we dropped the dog off that the ‘manager wouldn’t honor it’ - I understand that circumstances change but don’t offer something if you don’t intend to honor it. Grooming was fine but over priced. Won’t be back.
