"I had a negative experience with this business. According to Google, it is supposed to be a dog grooming service, but when I arrived, I found a private house instead. This was not what I expected and it was very disappointing. I recommend verifying the information before making an appointment here."

If I could give no stars, I would. I called to schedule an appointment on yesterday and was given an appointment time for 9 AM today. When Google maps did not take me to the location that shows on the website for this groomer, I tried calling for directions. The woman did not pick up the phone. I left a voicemail. In fact I called several times over the course of 30 minutes. How inconsiderate and unprofessional to not answer your phone! It took much time and effort to crate my cat and get my two-year-old daughter ready for this appointment. Extremely unprofessional.

Tia Nat pet Care is simply amazing! I didn’t have a great experience with other pet care places but she was awesome! She took care of my dog and he looks and smells so good! I would definitely recommend! I will definitely come back!
