Took my puppy here to get groomed for the first time & had such a great experience!! Sadie was my groomer & she did such an amazing job, my pup looks so cute. Will definitely be back!!!

Happened to go in not knowing Santa was there! Lucky timing. My girl was a little scared at first but the workers and Santa were SO NICE!! They took many pictures, and gave her treats. Love this PetSmart

This PetSmart is really cool, it seems like it's gonna be a tiny store, it's huge inside we were pleasantly surprised at all the different products, and selection. The fish department isn't huge but there's really cool fish there! There's a few small animals, and I spotted the groomer

I called for in store pick up and the person talked to me and hung up before I could finish my sentence which was rude and I called back to let him know I was coming a bit late around 8om to pick up my product and he kept rushing me and being rude so I’ll come by and get it but I’m never doing business with this chain here in south Philly….so much for positive customer service and I was starting to like this petsmart. I would recommend people coming here since the workers tend to hate their job so much they take it out on customers

1st its smaller than most stores. It was extremely clean and the customer service was great. The only thing I'd have to say is the prices for animal food are expensive!
