PetSmart on Washington Avenue is a fantastic pet store. The store is enormous, exceptionally clean, well-organized, bright, and consistently well-stocked. I've shopped here for years for my dog Archie's food, treats, and supplies, and I still appreciate the selection and overall shopping experience. The inventory is remarkable. The selection of dog food is impressive, and the variety of treats, toys, accessories, and health products makes it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. No matter your dog's age, size, dietary needs, or preferences, there are countless food options. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the loyalty program offers real value if you shop here regularly. They also offer grooming services, which adds another layer of convenience. One of my favorite things about this location is that it's an easy walk from the Rittenhouse Square area. I often bring Archie so we can get some exercise while picking up a new bag of food or a few treats. If you're driving, there's usually reasonable street parking nearby, though be aware that the attached garage may charge for parking. If you're looking for the selection and convenience of a large pet retailer without leaving the city, this location is tough to beat. With its inventory, helpful staff, rewards program, and dog-friendly atmosphere, it's a great resource for Philadelphia pet owners. Highly recommended!

Took my puppy here to get groomed for the first time & had such a great experience!! Sadie was my groomer & she did such an amazing job, my pup looks so cute. Will definitely be back!!!

Happened to go in not knowing Santa was there! Lucky timing. My girl was a little scared at first but the workers and Santa were SO NICE!! They took many pictures, and gave her treats. Love this PetSmart

I've never had a bad experience at this location. The whole staff of groomers is fantastic, but I had an especially wonderful person take care of my Great Pyrenees, Sully, today: Karen B. She absolutely doted on my dog from start to finish. She was so kind and bubbly and you could tell she loves what she does. She took extra time to make sure he felt okay with the blow dry process, and made notes for future groomers that he may need short breaks during his appointment to keep his legs comfortable. I usually don't necessarily care who does his groom, since they've all been so great in the past, but I'll be sure to ask for Karen next time. She was honestly just the best today!

This PetSmart is really cool, it seems like it's gonna be a tiny store, it's huge inside we were pleasantly surprised at all the different products, and selection. The fish department isn't huge but there's really cool fish there! There's a few small animals, and I spotted the groomer

Violet was an excellent groomer! She took great care of my dog. I will definitely schedule with her in the future.
