This PetSmart is really cool, it seems like it's gonna be a tiny store, it's huge inside we were pleasantly surprised at all the different products, and selection. The fish department isn't huge but there's really cool fish there! There's a few small animals, and I spotted the groomer

Emma is amazing with my Calli Girl ! She really cares and grooms her perfectly 👌. Emma is patient with Calli which is important to me because Calli can be difficult to groom. Always a pleasure to get her groomed now.

We're regular customers of this location, and none of the people serving us at the register had ever given us any information about the deals offered on the store's app. Until today, when we went, a super friendly person served us and patiently explained everything we'd discussed in detail. Thank you so much, Carol 🩵 (I think that's her name).btw 5 ⭐️ for carol

Firstly, I had the appointment September 5 2024 at 10am, I waited 20mins to just get checked. I told the groomer to trim my dogs hair, showed her the picture of what I want but , I received my pet after 5hours , she was completely shaved off. The groomer said the dog was matted on her feet, but this does not justify completely shaving her. Also, the groomer took more than 5 hours and shared that they were backlogged. This is very concerning as I believe the groomer decided to shave my pets hair due to lack of her availability and attention to detail. I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied by no form of communication , tremendous delays and very unprofessional way of working. I used PetSmart for grooming the very first time and based on this horrific experience, I am Not sure if I can trust again.

I’ve been to Petsmart a couple times since they opened and I have to say I’m thoroughly impressed. The store is laid out well, it’s brightly lit, shelves are stocked, it’s clean and the employees genuinely seemed to want to help you. My only complaint would be that the prices are a bit higher then what I’d pay if purchasing online but it is a brick and mortar so I can understand since they have a higher overhead f *edit 4/5/19 - I have now been to this location approximately 8x. I have been in with my friends dog as well as my cat and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I’m not impressed with the groomers and the length of time it takes for them to execute a standard grooming. I will say that the woman who handled my cat was very professional even after I expressed my disappointment in not being told my cat would be there for 3-4 hours. The groomer kept me in the loop during her stay and my cat seemed happy when I picked her up however because of how the grooming is expedited with multiple cats/dogs and being rotated between them I won’t return for grooming. I’d prefer to have an appointment where my cat sees a groomer that’s dedicated to one animal from start to finish. **they price match Chewys and Amazon!!

Picked up this tiny cute kitten in South Philly. But first, a trip to the pet shop. This petsmart made everything easy as they had most of the starting kit. I would have liked a larger selection of kitten can food but I don’t think there is one. Anyway, my cat and I are content with the current items. Will probably be some more things needed in the future I’m sure, would recommend.
