I love it at heart and paw! I bring my dog Ellie for the vet, grooming, and day care. The workers are all so wonderful and Ellie LOVES them all. They also send incredible pics and report cards every time I take her to day care and even threw her a birthday party (at no extra cost mind you) 😭. I always know that my dog is in good hands at heart and paw.

My cats Benny & Flynn both have been getting treated at Heart + Paw -East Market since I adopted them a year ago. The staff at Heart + Paw are all very friendly and kind and communicative throughout their veterinary visits. I feel when they come here they are in good hands and never have to worry. They always answer all of my questions and I get a detailed outline after each visit sent to me. They are easy to get ahold of either by phone, text, or appointment making on their website. Super efficient. Their location is super close to my apartment which makes it easy to transport my cats to their appointments. The office is very nice & clean, and while the vet is not always either of my cat’s favorite place, the office does their best to help make Benny and Flynn feel safe and comfortable while they are there. I love how the moment we enter the office the front desk staff greet us with warm smiles and often I show the staff some cute pictures of the boys at home and reels I post on their instagram page. No matter what the circumstance of our visit is, there has never been a time at Heart + Paw that my experience was less than satisfactory. Their customer service and treatment is always above and beyond. <3

We absolutely LOVE Heart + Paw, and our puppy loves it even more than us! She gets excited the minute we tell her she is going to 'playtime'. The staff takes such good care of her, we feel like we are dropping her off with family. We receive amazing pictures of her playing throughout the day and she comes home tired and happy. The veterinary team provide exceptional care and it's such a comfort to know she is in good hands. We truly can't say express how much we love them!!

Always a traumatic experience for both the pet and the caretaker when going to the vet for any reason, but heart + paw does all they can to reduce the stress. Very caring professionals, on time, immediately let you in the exam room to wait as well. They are great! They also tell me how pretty Minerva is every time… that goes a long way in my book. 😊. Picture for evidence proving she is the prettiest angel cake ever made!

I've been taking my cats and dog to Heart + Paw East Market for over a year now and they are by far my favorite vet center. Dr Lynn is amazing with my babies and I trust her and her surgical skills very much. The nurses are kind and patient, and the care coordinators are so responsive and helpful. I also take my dog to their daycare facility and she loves it there. The staff makes sure she gets plenty of breaks and they send a bunch of pictures, which I so appreciate. Finally, I love having my dog groomed by Izaiah. He is absolutely fantastic. He listens to my requests and gives me great advice on care post-groom. 5/5 stars.

We had an excellent experience at H + P. We are new to the city and this was my kittie's first visit with her new vet. She had a recent health crisis and the nurse and doc were well versed in her history. They were very gentle with her. Despite her advanced age, she can take on six humans at a time and the team was great with her! The visit was affordable (very important) and it was great to be in the hands of such caring professionals. Highly recommend!
