We had a great boarding experience with the Collar Club. Our dog stayed for 8 days and Bree was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She set our minds at ease about boarding our dog with her from our first conversation. We really appreciated how responsive and organized everything was and loved that she sent videos of our dog during the stay. It’s clear that Bree truly cares for the animals under her care. We highly recommend boarding with the Collar Club and will definitely board there again.

We had an outstanding boarding experience with The Collar Club. From booking to pickup, Bree was organized, responsive, and incredibly communicative. She sent photos and videos throughout our trip so we could see how our dog was doing, and she coordinated timing perfectly—she was outside, on time, and ready for us at both drop-off and pickup, which made everything effortless after a long travel day. Our pup is high energy, and she came home happy, healthy, and—best of all—a bit tired, which tells us she got the right balance of play and attention. Bree clearly listened to our preferences and followed our routine, and her updates gave us total peace of mind. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of care and the steady communication. We noticed a few mixed reviews online, but our experience was the exact opposite: thoughtful, reliable, and kind. The Collar Club is a minority-run local business that treats pets like family, and we’re grateful to have them in the community. We’ll be returning for future trips and recommending them to friends—thank you, Bree!

I had an amazing experience with Bree. She groomed my two dogs (mother and daughter) that were severly matted. The mother was fine l. The daughter was anxious. She never was groomed. Bree took her time and was very patient. She eased my worry. She is very knowledgeable about her craft. 10 out of 10. I'd recommend.

Bree at The Collar Club took care of our sweet doggy for three and a half weeks during an unexpected family tragedy. She was professional, kind, and informative. Every step of the process, Bree helped with researching, booking and securing transport for the dog’s cross country travels. She also transported doggy to the vet appointments, completed the flight transport paperwork, and so much more. Doggy was walked every day, had play time, and was given lots of love and attention. It was clear he was well cared for when we received him. We are so grateful to have found Bree and The Collar Club. She went above and beyond for our family. Highly recommend this amazing place who are both knowledgeable and caring to pets and their families.

I contacted them to assist with transporting a rescue dog from one home to another. They responded on a Sunday and helped transport her the next day. They were on time and communicated with me the entire time. I am forever grateful that I found this company. They were the only company to call me back and they were amazing to work with. Thank you!

Bree is great! My 3 year old cat has never liked being left alone, but she went above and beyond to make sure he felt calm while I was away! She follows directions and is very attentive and communicative. We’ll be back for next time 😊
