Bark Park (West) is my pup’s absolute happy place! The second we pull up, his tail goes into wild circles and he struts right in like he owns the spot. The BP team is amazing, and I never have to worry when he is in their care. My sweet boy has built his own little crew of furry pals 🐕 🐶 My only regret? "Not finding this place sooner.” 🐾✨

Our pups (Hilda and Bean) LOVE BarkPark. Daycare is their favorite place. The handlers are incredible and focus on positive-reinforcement training throughout the day. We 100% trust BarkPark to provide them with the absolute best care and enrichment experiences. I cannot recommend them enough (and I do recommend them to everyone in my life with pups in the Philly area). Also, they take the BEST pictures throughout the day and send thoughtful and detailed summaries of the pups experiences during their time there (including which of their friends they played with).

There's just so much good about services provided here, I'm not sure where to start? My golden retriever, Odin, has been attending Bark Park West since before he turned one. He's not two years old and gets absolutely thrilled when he realizes that our walk is headed towards this direction. I was simply stunned with the amount of care that was put into his training. Recordings of his obedience training were uploaded and provided for me to review and continue developing upon the skills that he was being taught. Odin used to be an unhinged pro wrestling champion who loved to mount everything and anything when he got overwhelmed. He struggles with it only on rare occasion now, thanks to the training staff! The pictures and day recap summary reports are such a pleasure to read! I'm so grateful for the outstanding work provided by the loving staff!

Katie was our hero during a whirlwind week. After Milo’s neuter, his leash-reactive behavior spiked—and with a move out-of-state only a week away, I reached out in a panic. Katie responded immediately, came to our Philadelphia home, and taught me how to understand and support him. In just seven days, his walks became better and I could see real behavioral improvements. Because of his reactivity, I was too nervous to take him to dog parks or boarding but Katie believed in him. She supervised him and even arranged an overnight stay at BarkPark when I had to leave him last minute. During that boarding stay, I received many, many updates, including photos and notes that let me know how Milo was doing at every stage. Katie and the team watched him closely, and despite my initial fears, he thrived! I also recommend Samantha for grooming. She’s fabulous! She is very very flexible and relaxed. Works with you and makes your pup look handsome. I only wish I had found Katie, Samantha, and BarkPark sooner. Their teamwork—from immediate training support and boarding updates to expert grooming was incredible. They made our lives so much easier, and Milo (and I!) are forever grateful. 🐾

They have been so great and patient with our boy Arlo. He is a high energy and anxious dog, which could make him difficult to manage. They have done amazing job making sure he has a great time while also ensuring he isn't getting overstimulated. They also take the best photos and leave cute updates. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking into doggie day care.

I truly can't say enough good things about BarkPark West! We've been sending Bolin (pictured, with the tiny ears) to daycare for just about a year now, and his ecstatic reaction to pulling up at the front door in the mornings is better than any review I could ever write. The photos and notes the staff send throughout the day are wonderful (seriously, the professional looking photos are an awesome bonus!), and you really get the sense that everyone working there not only knows your dog, but truly cares about them. Bolin had to take a couple of months off from daycare this summer, and when he returned it was so lovely to see how excited the staff were to see him after his absence. Take it from someone who treats her dog like her kid: this is a great place to send your pup.
